Poetry Flow

Trying to not lose hope in humanity but my sanity is constantly tested. Tested for drugs cause I must be hallucinating all this hate which gets worse date by date so I sit and I wait for our fate as a people to change. Change that I give to the man on the street who’s bare feet are burning from the heat of the days he can’t eat cause they walk right by refusing to meet this stranger. And stranger it is that they’re blind to anything that isn’t green so they pay no mind to acting kind as if being compassionate was a waste of time. Time is money they shout and I can’t figure out what this emotional drought is all about and when it will end… Till then I will pray for the day no head will lay down to rest without a ray of hope.

Long Distance Pillows: Scottish designer Joanna Montgomery designed a pillow for couples in long-distance relationships. Each person wears a ring sensor to sleep at night. When one person goes to bed, their lover’s pillow begins to glow softly, and you can hear each other’s heart beating.
